Diversity

Commitment to Pro Bono

Dedicated to those who believe that justice is priceless…

From its establishment, Atlantic Alliance Partnership Corp. has been spearheading support activities in the communities in which we live and work. From backing up refugees running away persecution from their home countries to helping low income micro-entrepreneurs get their stressed business off the ground, our participations are many and diverse. We have disparities, we have comparisons, but together we stand strong. This strength helps us to be inventive, progressive and imaginative in overcoming challenges and helping our clients achieve their goals.

Our diversity and objective statement includes our dedication to continuous development in the following strategic areas:

  • Recruitment

We persistently seek out opportunities to employ various and diverse consultants and supporting staff through minority job fairs. For all law student levels, we offer Diversity Scholarships regardless of your skin color, religion, race and background.

  • Retention

We offer mentoring and continuing professional and career development programs to all consultants, associates, including opportunities for diverse associates to expand their careers professionally by intermingling with our top work generators. We support our attorney’s memberships and activities in some diverse and ethnic bar associations and firm-sponsored events.

  • Cultural Capability

We provide opportunities for our consultants and support staff to enhance their capabilities and competence in dealing issues relating to diversity.

  • Vendor Diversity

In this particular strategy, our main objective is to purchase at least 5 percent of our goods and services from minority-owned business establishments and at least 5 percent from businesses operated and owned by women.

  • Transparency

We endeavor to keep communication lines to have seamless information dissemination to our colleagues, clients, and the communities regarding developments and upcoming activities
